Uwakwe Reflections is an online Catholic homilies resource center owned and managed by Uwakwe Chibuike Mary-Francis Chima. He is a seminarian of the Catholic Diocese of Okigwe, Imo State, Nigeria. He hails from Umuezefeke, Ugiri, Isiala Mbano LGA, Imo State. He Studied philosophy in Bigard Memorial Seminary Enugu, Nigeria between October 2010 and June 2014, where he graduated with First Class Honours (Summa cum Laude). As a requirement for priestly formation in his diocese, he served for a year at his diocesan Social Communications Department where he contributed to the growth of the Diocesan Newspaper (The Sage Newspaper) and the Printing Press (Immaculata Press).
In the course of his seminary formation, he has handled several responsibilities and functions including class prefect, school journalist, dean of studies, Parish house domestic attendant/cook, auxiliary school administrator/teacher, Master of Liturgical Ceremonies, class Primus inter pares, secretaries of various bodies, manager of a Press, Associate Editor of a Newspaper and a member of the Bigard ICT crew among others. He loves writing and is enthusiastic about Information Technology and so good in computer networking and website designing/management among others. He is currently undergoing his theological formation in Bigard Memorial Seminary Enugu.
Uwakwe Reflections, inaugurated in November 2011 is his attempt to reflect on the Word of God in such a way that it becomes relevant to all men as well as assist preachers in the preparation of their homilies. He also attempts on this blog to share other contents related to Catholicism with his readers.
